South’s Got Talent

A variety of acts strutted their stuff on the stage during South’s Got Talent – our CSKI Talent Show. 18 acts entered initially and they all performed in heats over the last couple of weeks. 10 acts for the final were selected from the heats, and the whole school came to watch the show. There was a great variety of acts, including theatre sports, dancing, piano solos, bands, puppets, singers and even a stand up comedian. South sure does have talent, with a high calibre of acts. Special thanks to David Rae, the music teacher from Hornby High School for judging the show, and giving personalised feedback to each of the acts. Third place was awarded to Down South, a theatre sports team which included Es Pitts, Declan Robinson, James Scott, and Hannah Nolan. Second place went to Elsie Luo on piano and first place was awarded to Niamh Scott for her Irish dancing. Congratulations to all the participants.
