We had over 30 eager ice skaters take to Alpine Ice in our second Leisure Education rotation. It was excellent to see individual confidences growing each week. Miss Birtch enjoyed meeting students from across the school and we encourage everyone who gave it a go to continue with their ice skating journey.
A highlight was definitely the ‘spin the bottle’ games, with a few lucky students winning a prize from the Alpine Ice cafe.
Our students consistently showed the South Way to and from the venue and displayed our Aim High values each week while on the ice.
