Last week, 80 amazing singers and musicians from CSKI were part of the annual Kahukura festival held in the Cashmere High school Performing Arts Centre over 2 nights. This was an incredible opportunity for the tamariki of all our cluster schools to showcase their vocal, choral and musicianship skills to their families and community as part of the massed choir, chorale and Jazz Band. The theme this year was “Lights, Camera, Action! – songs from the stage and screen,” and we performed to two sold out shows. Thank you to all the students who showed commitment to practices and learning over the year, and shared their talents at Cashmere last week.
