What an incredible display of skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship our futsal teams showcased at the recent CAIMS Summer Tournament! Christchurch South Karamata Intermediate School was exceptionally well represented, and we have some fantastic results to celebrate.
First and foremost, a massive congratulations to our Girls’ Futsal team, who emerged as champions! Their determination and skill were evident throughout the tournament, culminating in a thrilling final victory over Heaton Intermediate. The girls played with heart and passion, making us all incredibly proud. Well done, team!
Our Open A and Open C teams also deserve huge recognition for their outstanding performances. Both teams fought to the finals, earning well-deserved runner-up positions in their respective competitions. The level of play was exceptional, and we commend their dedication and effort.
The Open B team also played extremely well and achieved a commendable 5th place. They showed amazing team spirit and improved with every game.
It’s wonderful to see the talent and commitment of our students on display. A big thank you to all the parents who supported our teams.
