The CSKI Duathlon Team performed outstandingly on Monday, 9th September at the Year 7 and Year 8 CAIMS Duathlon competition. I was super-impressed with how everyone showed amazing tenacity and perseverance to achieve their absolute best.
With 50 competitors in each of the four events, they achieved fantastic results with at least seven students attaining a top 20 place in their respective races. A special mention to Lily Miller who earned an incredible 1st Place in the Year 7 Girls – congratulations Lily! In the Year 8 Girls, Hannah Baron earned herself 6th place and Darby Pfahlert gained 8th placing in a very tightly contested race where 17 boys crossed the line within 5 seconds of each other – Congratulations! To the entire team – congratulations on your amazing effort!
