On Tuesday 18th November 10 Food Technology students visited Ara to have a look at what careers are offered in the hospitality industry. They went on a 1 hour tour of the campus looking at a range of qualifications from certificates to degrees, including specialised training in cookery, bakery, hospitality management and barrister/cafe training. It was an interesting and fun tour which hopefully made them more aware of what careers they could pursue once they leave school.
