Mana and Pride on Display: Our Year 7 & 8 Jump Jam Superstars!

What an incredible day it was on Saturday, November 1st, as 16 of our amazing Year 7 and 8 students represented our school at the Jump Jam Competition! The energy was high at the Cashmere High School Performing Arts Centre, and while we might not have taken home a trophy, our students gave a performance that truly embodied mana and pride.

More Than Just a Score

Our team stepped onto the stage and delivered a routine that was sharp, energetic, and professional. Every student gave it their absolute best! While the final results didn’t see us place this time around, the way our students conducted themselves was a winning moment in itself.

We couldn’t have been prouder of their demeanor throughout the day. They were incredibly professional, focused during their performance, and just as important—they were fiercely supportive of every other team competing. Cheering for others, showing respect, and being excellent ambassadors for our school is what truly sets them apart.

Looking the Part!

And talk about looking the part! The team looked absolutely fantastic in their striking uniform. The combination of matching pink pants and those bright, vibrant bows was a showstopper. They radiated energy and unity from the moment they walked in until the moment they left. A huge thank you to everyone who helped prepare their dazzling look!

A Shout-Out to Miss Kumar

A massive thank you and congratulations must go to our dedicated coach, Miss Kumar. Her commitment, enthusiasm, and tireless effort in training the team over the past weeks have been truly outstanding. Her guidance not only perfected their routines but also instilled the values of teamwork and sportsmanship we saw on display. Miss Kumar, you did an excellent job!

To our 16 Year 7 and 8 students—you are all stars! You represented our school community with immense mana and pride, and we are incredibly proud of your hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude. Keep jumping, keep smiling, and keep shining!

Well done, team!
