22 students travelled to the CAIMS triathlon on South Eyre Road on Tuesday 14 March. It was a perfect weather day with little wind. Students really embraced challenge with a 150m open water swim in the lake, which was reportedly freezing, a 10km bike ride, and a 3km run.
Top performing CSKI students were Guy Moore from the male Y7, who completed in 44 minutes. Amelie Watson Y7 Girls who completed in 51 minutes. Lucas Southerland, Y8 boys, who completed in 39 minutes, and Lila Noonan, Y8 girls who completed in 47 minutes.
