A team of 12 travelled to Hagley Park on Tuesday 7th March to compete in the CAIMS summer tournament in softball. Over half of the team were new to the sport, and just wanted to challenge themselves to learn a sport and have fun at the same time. The team did even better than having fun, they came joint third in an impressive set of games, and quite a few are likely signing to local teams next season! What a result.
