This morning we honoured our Pasifika year 8 leavers with a lei ceremony. Our year 7s came together last week and made the lei especially to gift to the year 8s. This is a fairly new tradition at CSKI with this year’s being only the 3rd year running but it is something we are hoping to be a longstanding tradition. Fomai spoke highly of the year 8s and mentioned the most role modeling they have demonstrated. It is such a special part of our year and our year 8s were gracious in receiving their lei. We wish our year 8s leavers all the best with their journey to high school and beyond! Ia manuia!
