To finish up an amazing year for our Pasifika group, we hosted a breakfast with whānau.
The morning was super chaotic and everything that could have gone awry did. However, the show must go on! Our wonderful ākonga spent the first part of the morning teaching the adults our new siva and then Fomai and Deborah did karakai kai.
The breakfast was delicious and everyone went back to class with full puku and smiles on their faces.
Fa’afetai lava to the ākonga for their commitment to Pasifika this year, to our tutors at Tagata Mai Saute for their dedication and the fun practices and also to our kaiako Mr Solofuti, Mrs Te Rangi-Henare and Ms Birtch. Finally, fa’afetai lava to our community, especially the whānau, for supporting all of our ventures this year.
We are looking forward to building on everything we developed this year in 2024.
