The CSKI Jazz Band and Orchestra recently headed away to Cracroft Guiding Centre for an overnight Music Camp. Two days of rehearsals, sectionals, percussion rhythms, a music quiz, delicious pizza and a music movie, resulted in an amazing concert for whānau where students could show off their six new songs. Many thanks to the itinerant music teachers who helped with sectionals, camp mum Kate Walters and conductor Sarah Hickman for a rewarding musical experience.
