Last week three of CSKI’s performance groups headed away for Music Camp. Jazz Band, Concert Band and String Ensemble gathered at the Cracroft Girl Guide Centre for the two day camp. They rehearsed new music with the help of Mrs Hickman, Mr Barr and the instrumental music teachers. So much progress was made in the music with such intensive rehearsal, that there was a little time to enjoy the facilities at Cracroft and do a music quiz and watch a music themed movie. They finished the two day camp, with a much enjoyed concert for whānau and are looking forward to sharing their music at the upcoming CSKI Showcase.
