During Week 8, the Manurau Māori group were given the opportunity to learn how to make Poi with the wonderful Anewa.
To make the poi, the students needed to use their mathematical thinking, creativity, perseverance and team work. It was fantastic to see the students work together to learn a new skill.
It has been a pleasure to work with you all this term, and I wish you all the best for 2023! Kei ōu ringaringa te ao – The world is yours.
