We have been very lucky during these strange Covid times to have been able to hold our Major Production of ‘Star Warts: The Umpire Strikes Back”. After planning the Production since Term 4 2021, we were able to have 3 sold out nights and the reaction and feedback was amazing.
We really appreciate all the support of those people who purchased a ticket and came to see the show. It was great to even see so many parents also come to all 3 nights to show support to the cast, crew and band. We would also like to give a huge thanks to all the parents who supported with costume and props. Without your support, we would have no show.
Lastly a massive huge thank you and a well done to all the students involved. From those who starred on stage, played in the band, helped backstage, did the sound and lighting, did the makeup or even support in taking photos of the show. We really appreciate all the work that every student put in to this Production. I hope this plants the seed to continue the passion for Performing Arts, especially the Year 8s who are going to high school next year.
