On Wednesday evening we hosted James from Attitude with his 'Tweens to Teens' presentation. An engaging speaker, James discussed changes in our adolescents focussing on Changing Brains, Changing Friends and Changing Technology.

Over seventy parents and grandparents attended the evening and left with tips on communicating well, the importance of spending quality time with family especially sharing meals and time outside, as well as access to great resources from The Parenting Place.

A special thanks to the Lions Club of South Christchurch for sponsoring Attitude at South Intermediate. Attitude is back at South in the first week of Term 3 working with students on "Being Me" a program where students examine their personal strengths, learn more about decision making and have their uniqueness affirmed.
